New Diagnosis

When a child is first introduced to us, we take great care in getting to know the family and the child.

This happens during the INTAKE period, where we work on developing a six-month intervention plan. During this time we work with the parents and emphasize their role and what can be expected from the AIS team. The number one goal of the intake period is to zero in on what type of program is best suited to family needs. All the information gathered goes into a personalized learning program (PLP) that is perfect for the entire family and will include information on goals of intervention, location of intervention, and number hours per week to be provided.
